At Noggin Golf, we want you to love your head covers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@foundingengine.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please contact us at info@foundingengine.com and we'll arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@foundingengine.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@foundingengine.com.
